Been trying to cancel my PNB credit card but omg, they make it sooo hard. Called customer care, they said send email. Sent email, they said visit branch. Went to branch, they say ‘fill form, wait 15 days’. Wth??
Why can’t they just close it online like other banks? Anyone actually got their PNB card closed? How long did it take? Not using the card anymore but don’t wanna get charged random fees later.
